We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location down the peaceful lake was absolutely stunning. We enjoyed the beautiful terrace with its amazing lake view, perfect for relaxation. The staff here was friendly and provided excellent service. We were impressed by the well-renovated rooms, which were comfortable, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The breakfast offered was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The hotel also had a great wellness area, where we could unwind and pamper ourselves with massages and beauty treatments. we had a truly enjoyable and relaxing experience here.
Families will have a great time at this hotel.

The hotel is located close to a peaceful lake with a nice terrace and a fantastic breakfast selection. the newly renovated furniture in the shared spaces is quite impressive. the hotel provides great room advantages such as a comfortable bed with nice pillows and duvet, baby bed with all amenities, and two bowls for pets.
The reception desk was unmanned during early morning and evening hours, making it difficult to check-in and out of the hotel.

The breakfast was fantastic, with a great selection and beautiful surroundings. the location of the hotel was stunning, with a lush garden and peaceful lake. We also appreciated the attention to detail, such as the provision of bowls and a blanket for our dog.
The room we booked was not as advertised and lacked renovation. We were also disappointed by the lack of clarity regarding the type of room we booked and the fact that a free cup of tea or coffee was not included in the price.

Great location by the lake and the breakfast was fantastic. The lobby and restaurant were beautiful. The renovated rooms were also nice and comfortable.
The staff was a complete disaster. They were very unfriendly and had no clue about customer service or satisfaction.
